Avington Park is a place where residents can live in touch with nature while working to enhance their surroundings and preserve the environment for the future. We hope to bring together a community of people who will become more than neighbors and forge true friendships. Avington Park’s mission is to give our residents a rural lifestyle in a private and peaceful setting merely minutes from the amenities of the city.

When we began searching for the right piece of land to build Avington Park in to a truly great community, we were fortunate enough to find it in Mt. Dora just minutes north of Orlando, FL. With its many charms, beautiful landscape and green open spaces, we knew that we had found the perfect place for Avington Park. With thousands of native oaks, this 200+ acre property enjoys elevated vistas, with high points and soft valleys. Once you see the land at Avington Park, you too will discover that it has a special character all its own.
